SudokuMaster.org is a free online Sudoku puzzle game operated by SudokuMaster.org. You can contact us at sudokumaster.org@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Automatically collected: Browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, country (via anonymized analytics). This does not identify you personally.
• Cookies and localStorage: We store your game preferences (theme, audio settings, difficulty), daily streak count, and puzzle progress locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
• No account data: We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information. No sign-up is required.

3. How we use cookies

We use two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: localStorage to save your game state, settings, and streak. These are required for the game to function and do not require your consent.
• Analytics cookies (optional): We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (page views, session duration, geographic region). This data is anonymized and aggregated. You can decline these cookies using our cookie banner.

4. Third-party services

• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests. See Google Privacy Policy.

7. Children's privacy

SudokuMaster.org is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at sudokumaster.org@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data retention

Game data stored in your browser remains until you clear your browser data. Anonymized analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings. We do not store personal data on our servers.

9. Data security

Our website is served over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection. Since we collect minimal data, our attack surface is extremely limited.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
