By accessing SudokuMaster.org ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of service
SudokuMaster.org provides free Sudoku puzzle games playable online. No account is required. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Permitted use
- Personal, non-commercial use of the games
- Sharing links to specific puzzles
- Embedding our games on your site with attribution (contact us first)
4. Prohibited use
- Scraping, copying, or reproducing puzzle content at scale
- Using automated bots to solve puzzles or manipulate leaderboards
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
- Reselling or commercially distributing our puzzles
5. Intellectual property
All code, design, branding, and original content on SudokuMaster.org is owned by SudokuMaster.org and protected by copyright. The mathematical rules of Sudoku are in the public domain.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Puzzles are generated algorithmically and are believed to have unique solutions, but we make no guarantee.
7. Limitation of liability
SudokuMaster.org is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including loss of game progress, data, or time.
8. Advertising
The Site may display advertisements via Google AdSense or similar services. Advertisements are clearly separated from game content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at sudokumaster.org@gmail.com.
