SudokuMaster.org provides a free, browser-based Sudoku puzzle game. Features include multiple grid sizes (4×4 to 25×25), six difficulty levels, a daily puzzle, leaderboard, printable puzzles, and educational content about Sudoku solving. The service is provided free of charge and requires no user registration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice or liability.
3. Permitted Use
You may use SudokuMaster.org for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of Sudoku puzzles. You are welcome to share links to the site, reference our content in educational contexts, and use the printable puzzle feature for personal or classroom use.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the site using automated tools without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the puzzle generation algorithms for commercial use.
- Use the site in any way that could disable, damage, or impair the site or interfere with other users' enjoyment.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features of the site.
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
- Represent that you are affiliated with SudokuMaster.org without our written consent.
- Copy and redistribute our content (written articles, learn pages, FAQ, legal pages) without attribution and a link to the original source.
- Frame or mirror this website on another domain without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The SudokuMaster.org name, logo, design, code, and written content are owned by or licensed to SudokuMaster.org. All rights are reserved. The puzzle game engine, including the solver algorithms and generator logic, is proprietary.
The rules of Sudoku are in the public domain and no claim of ownership is made over the puzzle format itself. Individual puzzles generated by our engine are unique and algorithmically created — they are not reproduced from any third party.
Educational content (how-to articles, technique guides) is original writing protected by copyright. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SudokuMaster.org is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site.
Puzzle solutions are guaranteed to be unique (each generated puzzle has exactly one valid solution). If you believe a puzzle has no solution, please contact us so we can investigate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SudokuMaster.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which, since the service is free, is zero).
8. Third-Party Links and Advertising
Our site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements from Google AdSense and other ad networks. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of external sites.
